私は自民が好きだった❤️でも、もう無理だ‥
昨日は #LDP の月末報告会！！✨
みんなの報告を見ていて、すごく感じたことがあって。
案件が増えた。
SNSから相談が来た。
人との繋がりから仕事になった。
「あなたにお願いしたい」と言ってもらえた。
半年前は「どうやって0→1するの？」と悩んでいた人が、今度は「仕事が増えて時間が足りない」と悩んでる。これ、めちゃくちゃ大きな成長だなって！😌
でも、ここから必要なのは「もっと頑張ること」じゃない。
SNSもやる。交流会も行く。勉強もする。案件もやる。ポートフォリオも作る。SNSもやる。家事育児もやる…
全部やろうとすると、
結局どれも中途半端になってしまう。
全部大事に見えるけど、
全部大事なら、何も大事じゃない。
なので今月の目標を10個決めるより、
「これだけは絶対に終わらせる」を1つ決めよう！というのがテーマとしました。
できることが増えた人ほど、次に必要なのは
「何をやるか」ではなく
「何をやらないか」を決める力。
デザインが上手くなることだけが成長じゃない。
仕事を経験して、悩みが変わって、優先順位を考えて、自分にとって大切なものを選べるようになる。
こうやって仕事の仕方まで変わっていく姿を見るのが、僕はめちゃくちゃ嬉しい😌

#24 『昨日あった印象的な出来事』
今日から9月が開始！
昨日8/31は、夏休み最終日🌻、3ヶ月間の朝活チャレンジが終了☀️、そして #LDP の月末報告会と盛りだくさんな一日でした。
そんな区切りの日でもある8/31に
印象的だった事は、
家族では長い夏休みを振り返って、楽しかったこと、宿題が大変だったこと、来年はこうしたいなど、子供と話し合うことができました☺️
朝活コミュニティでは、3ヶ月をそれぞれに振り返りの投稿や配信が相次ぎ、皆さんの3ヶ月間の変化に刺激を受けっぱなしでした✨私自身も行動力が加速できた3ヶ月だったので、環境の大切さを痛感した一日でした。
LDPの報告会では、ママさんが多い中で
1ヶ月の活動報告や、新しい案件が舞い込んできた話や、交流会など活動的に行動されたとの報告を聞いて、皆さんそれぞれの場所で活躍の場を広げられていると知りました✨
それを受け、私自身も
振り返りから見えてきた
9月からのやる事が明確になったり、
やらない事も決めました🙋♀️
やらないこと▶︎人と比べる、ダラダラSNS見る、ダラダラ料理をする
区切りの日には、しっかりと振り返りや分析をして、次にどう意図し直すかが大切だと改めて感じる一日となりました💡
