Hiring improves (so that candidates have better experiences, hiring managers find it easy/fun, and current employees are thrilled they have staff to help them...) WHEN Leaders invest in hiring improving.

Hiring Managers who have the hardest time hiring are often stuck in their own biases, judgements, expectations, and their own experiences. It's really tricky--but once they navigate those inner blocks--they can really enjoy hiring (and so can candidates!) #LearnWithLauraHR
