Chapter 10 Generics:
- Type parameters represent types of different b/w uses of a construct(e.g. function, class)
- extends keyword with a type parameter works as a constraint
- Use Generics ONLY when necessary

Chapter 9:
- unknown is better than any of top types
- keyof to grab the keys of a type and/or typeof to grab the type of a value
- we can override types with 'as' although the best practice is to avoid using type assertions
- use as const to narrow down types
