I had my annual physical yesterday. Down 50lbs from last year and my lab work came back OK. The past 5 yrs my glucose level was in the pre-diabetic level, now they are back in the normal range so I am no longer pre-diabetic. πβ

On 2/19/2024 I had my annual physical. Doc said that I was Obese - 241.6lbs (BMI of 32.5) and pre-diabetic. NOT really what I wanted to hear. Decided to really start eating better. Today I weighed 229.4lbs. I have to get 220 to be just overweight and not obese. #LessFat
