When @GovRonDeSantis stated of #TitleIX that he "Would not comply" Once again he was using the legal tools available to him as the Chief Executive of our State of Florida. It's the tools known as the Doctrine of the #LesserMagistrate. It's a doctrine where he is protecting the local government (Florida) from the tyrannical rules coming from the Chief Executive of the Federal Gov't, The President of The United States of America. Governor DeSantis is within his legal rights to do so. Which leads me to ask this question. Where are the rest of the #Republican #Governors? Why aren't they using the Doctrine of the Lesser Majistrate?
