行情差的時候，我想可以分享一個我自己60萬HKD的創業失敗的故事🥲，現在在VC工作後，對這個經歷的重新解讀🔄 #IOT #踩坑 #Lessonsharing #buildinpublic 這個是我大學時候的#IOT創業項目，團隊包括我，只有兩個人（red flag🚩)，同樣是產品設計的背景，我主力負責的是product research🔍，business strategy📊，UIUX多一點🖌️，就是除了產品外型和結構以外的所有。這個項目是做什麼？聲稱可以幫你感覺多睡了一個小時，它可以用光調整你的生理時鐘⏰，令人更快入睡和容易起床🌞。我學到的點。。。是商業是看重人性，其他的技能都是bonus。獲得投資的過程就是一件不理性和不嚴謹的事，據我觀察到的。。。很多時候是看直覺和個人經驗🧠 反思起來，比起其他的團隊為什麼我能入圍，肯定不是因為我比其他人優秀，而是我做對了以下的事情。。。

反思起來，比起其他的團隊為什麼我能入圍，肯定不是因為我比其他人優秀，而是我做對了以下的事情。。。
