Today I wrote to the Chief Executive at NHS Tayside regarding the issue of MH transitional support for young people.
With more young people than ever accessing support from CAMHS, more YP than ever also require additional support with the transition.

A year on and unfortunately young people are still being left in the dark without support during the transition from CAMHS - Adult Services. Some incredible work has already been done in this area, but as always we can do better (1/2)

Your TCP is entirely for the benefit of yourself & your new Adult Team. YOU are in control of your TCP and can choose to share it with those you consent to.
