#letstalkwriting I mostly write on my long commute to work, drafted the majority of my words this way!! Would never have finished my first novelโs draft at all without that commute. I get so distracted by video games! At home I like to edit on my laptop with KPop in my headphones
It was 100% Seth/OC fanfic for Twilight and you know what I learned a lot as I grew into Doctor Who fanfic and found my proper writing legs there!! #letstalkwriting
Other hobbies include sketching, learning new languages (currently learning Japanese), baking different sweets, cooking new meals (it's either a hit or miss depending on the food and my mood that day ๐คฃ) and watching Hallmark movies ๐ฅฐ

I'm a fashion photographer in my day job, love visiting museums (I could live in the Louvre & never get bored), spend 90% of my 'free' time playing/coaching/thinking about netball, & I adore Disney (& just got an annual pass for DLP!) โจ

Finally, because I wasnโt doing enough, I got an idea for a series of fantasy adventure novellas that stand alone but build into a grander a story. Great for if I end up deciding to try and self-publish.

Frankly, I'm still trying to figure out my ideal process. But typically I like it to be quiet/a sensory safe space, with my puppy on my lap, and lots of water.
I'm a plotter, and I tend to mostly write in order (with many, many rewrites)

Second thing Iโm working on is drafting my Estranged Exes WIP, a sapphic fantasy romantic drama. Itโs so exciting because the emotions in play are so much, the angst and the pining, and I know people will love it as much as I do! Not nervous about anything YET

Editing my first ever completed first draft, my Double Life WIP a fantasy romantic comedy with a side of adventure, with lots of bisexual chaos!
Itโs so exciting and fun but gosh what an ambitious first rip
There's a story I wrote at ~8 (it was definitely self insert Narnia fanfic). I made Dad type it out on the family computer so I could enter (and win) a writing contest. It's the first time I remember thinking 'this is what I want to do.'

Ooo, I love this question! ๐ So I write character-driven stories, so I usually develop the characters and little details about them first, then I create moodboards to picture what they look like. Then I start writing the story ๐ ๐

I think my first ever project was writing Culinary Confessions, my friends-to-lovers bakery romance, when I was in college. The idea stemmed from a conversation with an online friend about baking and writing. Now it's a published book ๐ฅณ
