Great news, @bt_uk have asked their engineers to remove the rubbish, clean and fit any missing glass (we will check at the weekend) and It has been added to next yearโs repainting schedule so it should look a lot different this time next year, fingers crossed. #libdemaction

Today HMRC said that they are only funded to answer 85% of phone calls from the public.
Meaning approximately 3 to 4 million calls a year go unanswered.
Iโve written to the Chancellor to find out why the Treasury think itโs acceptable for HMRC to leave so many call unanswered.
With pure joy, we can finally say that after 7 years of dogged campaigning, this barbaric law will be consigned to the history books.
This campaign started with a petition by Oxford students, and has ended in real change. Our voices do matter.
