Update on this one. Government agreed to reopen it after we served the lawsuit and realized it was a poor decision. Shut down kind of made things tricky with the AUSA, but she should be well on her way to a green card next week! #Litigationworks
An individual having to rely on 204(L) because their spouse passed away is a terrible situation. It's made significantly worse when USCIS can't even figure out how to properly use 204(L) and denies the I-485 without any 204(L) analysis. Complete incompetence...
