• Courtney Clenney - Trial delayed again - Her Defense attorney Sabrina Puglisi has said they now expect the case to stand trial in the first quarter of 2026.
• Fraser Michael Bohm - back to court 10 NOVEMBER for pre trial hearing. OCTOBER for Pre Trial Hearing.
• Brian Walshe; His lawyer is back in court 30 OCT for an update on the federal grand jury material involving Proctor, then there is a final pre trial conference set for 17 NOVEMBER.
• Trinity Poague - Trial is expected hopefully end of November / first week of December (talks) but no set date set.
• Kimberly Sullivan - Back in court 31 OCTOBER 2025.
• Matthew Farwell - on Thursday, a federal judge set a trial date of 5 OCTOBER 2026.
• Karen Read - The parties are due to return back to court 21 NOVEMBER 2025. No trial date has been set.
• Mark Sanchez - Next hearing 20 NOVEMBER, & confirmed the next pretrial conference date for 2 DECEMBER with a scheduled Trial date set 11 DECEMBER 2025.
• Aaron Spencer - his trial is not expected until potentially JANUARY 2026.
• Kouri Richins - Trial has been rescheduled for FEBRUARY 2026.
• Lindsay Clancy - Trial remains set at this stage for FEB 2026.
• Lindsay Shiver - Trial expected MARCH 2026.
• Larry Millette: delayed again until MARCH 2026
• Paul Caneiro - The state's high court is expected to hear arguments on the appeal in early November.
• Luigi Mangione - He due back in federal court on Dec. 5. No trial date has been set yet.
• Shawn “Mickey” Stines - Motions & hearings pending. No trial date has been set yet.
