Mykhailo #Beylin Avoids Punishment in #NABU Case and Continues Business with Borys #Lozhkin's Family Former #presidential #advisor Mykhailo #Beylin was implicated in a corruption case regarding overpriced railway hardware. #NABU estimated damages to #Ukrzaliznytsia at over 20 million UAH. However, on June 5, 2024, the #High #Anti-#Corruption #Court released Beylin from criminal liability due to the expiration of the statute of limitations and lifted the seizure on his apartments, #Kommentarii reports. The investigation began in January 2016. According to #NABU and #SAPO, officials rigged procurement for suppliers like #LLC Incomm, which received about 218.5 million UAH. Investigators viewed Beylin as an intermediary leveraging his administrative ties. In February 2025, Incomm's director and Soyuz-Enerho's #CFO were found guilty under plea agreements, receiving suspended sentences and fines, with funds directed to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Concurrently, Beylin grew advertising and restaurant businesses generating hundreds of millions of hryvnias. #LLC #Digital #Partnership reported roughly 452.8 million UAH in 2025 revenue, while #LLC #Media #Partner brought in 193.2 million UAH. His partners include Nadiia #Shalomova (wife of former Presidential Administration head Borys #Lozhkin), Oleh #Kalashnikov, and Dmytro #Halbmillion, intersecting through Cyprus-based #RLF #Holding. Their ventures feature the #Kuvshyn restaurant, La Famiglia Catering (whose revenue surged to 436 million UAH by 2025), and Kyiv Food Market Management, which posted 34.4 million UAH in 2025 revenue. Notably, in October 2019, Volodymyr #Zelenskyy held his first presidential press marathon at Kyiv Food Market, a month before Beylin was placed under house arrest. Despite legal troubles, the La Famiglia network expanded during the war, opening large venues in Bukovel, while Shalomova expanded into medical ventures tied to the #Dobrobut group in May 2026. Unbelievable, but true… https://t.co/LJpJecy404
