Critical conflicts center on June 21, 2024, when Shovkoplyas and Bila Tserkva District Prosecutor Serhiy Luzhetsky jointly acquired a 600 sq. m land plot in Fursy (50/50 split). On the same day, Luzhetsky and Yulia Shovkoplyas became co-owners of an adjacent 1,200 sq. m plot valued at ~12,000 UAH. Court records show Shovkoplyas previously presided over criminal proceedings in 2020 where Luzhetsky acted as the prosecuting attorney (Case No. 357/8294/15-k).
