Day 11:
-The craziness of the world and the rainy drizzly weather on top of a day that is already significantly sad in our history, I decided to take a deep meditation day and reflect on what I’m grateful for. I connected with nature and grounded myself, allowing myself to feel my feelings 💕 I didn’t get a lot done as I would have liked, but days of reflection and mindful meditation are important too 🫶🏻
-Throwback video…making friends with a bee. If anyone figures out a way to cuddle bees 🐝 please let me know 😂

Fasted on bone broth, Tulsi tea and plenty of water.
Today was a day of much reflection and sadness.

Day 10:
-Up and ready for the day, early bird 🦅 (not exactly by choice, but hey, I’ll take it 😅)
-Rained all day so Itzy got a rest day 🐶
-Took my son grocery shopping - this is huge for us, as I usually order and pick up or get it delivered - He helped me pick fruit & veggies and bag them while we talked about the importance of nourishing our bodies 👏🏻
What another awesome day 🙌🏻
-Pictured is one of our golden doodles, Poppy, and my son, Ryder 🫶🏻 We love our fur babies 🐾

Still under the weather but on my way to recovering.
1. Made Beef Bone Broth
2. Made Chicken Broth
3. Made Lemon Chicken Soup
4. Spent some time in my garden getting the beds ready for fall

Day 9:
-Daily dog walk, meditation & yoga successful! 😎
-Got out in the garden to pick some weeds & collect seeds… 🌺
-Started discussions and prep for some garden projects I’m super excited about! Thank you to this group for the inspiration & motivation 🙌🏻

Day 8:
-Daily walk with Itzy went well, although she was not as cooperative and enthusiastic as yesterday 😂😅 it’s only day 2! lol She didn’t make me pick her up so I’ll say that’s still a win in my book 🙌🏻
-Also, caught pics of my morning glories I grew from seeds 🌱
-Mindful meditation, stretching, and daily reflection 🧘♀️
-Caught up on some reading I needed to do for school, and watched a few learning documentaries I had saved to the watchlist 🙌🏻

Day 7:
-Started daily walks with Itzy, who needs to lose some weight to take pressure off her little legs and help with her breathing. She’s 11 yrs old, so we have to take it easy. She did so great! We walked the perimeter of the backyard in the morning and again in the evening, but added the front yard too. She was done after that, though 😂
Here’s to, not only making my health better, but also my fur babies 🐾
We stopped in the garden to pick some tomatoes 🍅 and took a rest stop to smell the flowers 💛

Day 6:
-Last night I went to trim my bunny’s nails & ended up hitting the quick…so I sat with her & comforted her while I clotted it with corn starch. My left eye started burning & before I knew it, swollen almost shut. She sheds terribly so I was thinking hair got in there, but now I’m thinking I’m having an allergic reaction to her dander bc I have felt terrible all day. Needless to say, it forced me into a rest day. I stayed hydrated & had lots of time for mindful meditation… And, I caught up on some reading… 💫
There will be days like this that aren’t as productive & don’t go as planned 😅
I’m grateful to this group for the generosity, warm welcome, and for this challenge helping me stay accountable in all aspects of my health 🙌🏻
Happy Saturday! Here I am looking crazy today.. luckily not as bad as it was, but my hubby & son said they wanna get me an eye patch so I can be a pirate. Arrgghhh! 🏴☠️ 😂

Day 6
Leisure morning wake up and walk, then off to get a mani and do car care. (More about that mani in tomorrow’s Wholly Health)
Bottled the most recent batch of tinctures I’ve had brewing. (Project completion for mental and spiritual health.)
Tonight am off to hear a friend’s band and maybe do a little dancing. (Except I can’t dance so maybe not.)

Day 5:
-I was slightly better about getting up early…I stretched, meditated and was able to get in a few yoga minutes in before running errands.
-I love my wine lol but I kept it to less than 2 small glasses this evening 🥂

Day 5
Started the day with 30 minutes yoga followed by a 30 minute meditation. Took my nutrient packed supplemental smoothie on the road with me to see patients.

Day 4:
-I did not go to bed early last night and I was not the early bird I wanted to be this morning 💤
-I listened in on Robin’s space this afternoon and was reminded how awesome eggs are delightfully fun to peel when put in an instant pot 🥚 so I made a bunch of hard eggs for healthy snacking. (What an amazing community, by the way!! 🤩)
-On a mental health note, there was a big project in the house I’ve been putting off I started today.
👏🏻 I’ll take whatever wins I can get and continue to smile through the frustrations 😅 Tomorrow is a new day!

My day flew by and I spent most of it driving the kids to and from various places, had a friend for coffee, and had a Space so I did not MAHA as much as I would have liked!
BUT ...
1. I did manage to make a homemade pasta sauce with locally raised beef and garlic from @Mathew_of_LWFAH vs. using a jar of sauce.
and
2. I took a 15 minute walk with the dog in the sunshine!

Day 3:
-Went to bed earlier last night and up at 5 AM this morning! I wish to be a regular productive early bird 🦅
-Shower, meditation, daily reflection exercise, and stretching accomplished first thing 💪🏻
-My son and I did some Yoga! 🧘♂️
-I was mindful to drink MORE water!

Day 3:
Got out in the beautiful sunshine to harvest more tomatoes then chopped & canned two batches of Sloppy Joe Starter. Hubs is prediabetic so I hope he likes it. Far more healthy than that nasty Manwich loaded with garbage.
