Which is worse: an ACL or MCL tear? #ACLtear is worse because most ACL tears don't heal & lead to instability which requires surgery. Contrarily, #MCLtears usually heal, but not always & a proper rehabilitation program can be useful for this type of injury https://t.co/JIvDn3PkeG
