On time management ๐๐ป Every minute mismanaged in a workplace environment has the potential to be a minute lost with family, friends, loved ones. I strive for each minute to work itself. Calendar meetings/invites are vital for me and help with workflow.

A5: A mentor once told me that thereโs no balance, but a work/life alliance. Meaning, there will be times that work takes the lead and personal life may take the backseat and vice versa. This stuck with me. It reminds me to give myself grace in whatever season I am in. #mcschat
A5: I used to come home and constantly talk about work. It wasnโt fair to my family. Iโve really worked on shutting that off when I get home so that I can focus on quality time with family... Again... Iโm a work in progress. ๐ #mcschat

A4: List, more list & list with time frames. Online shopping for home & school helps save time. Routines and not sleeping but a few hours a night helps get things accomplished, however that goes back to the non self care. ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธReally should try more than 3 hrs a night๐. #MCSCHAT
