But, one ICB emailed today with 'we are waiting for the delivery plan. There will probably be overlaps'.

We are having constructive conversations with a number of ICBs and Health Boards in England and Wales and meetings are being arranged with Scottish Health Boards (N.I. is a 'work in progress')
