@NevilleSouthall @HopeVirgo Grief is the most exhausting thing mentally/ physically, changes on a daily basis. Can cripple you, have started playing golf as a distraction & I also bake a lot. These are my coping skills, I speak of my son all the time which also helps.
@NevilleSouthall 2 things really, his parents, who ive remained close to and the fact he wouldn’t have wanted me to get upset over it, if that makes sense
