Dr. Qiuyang (Yang) Zhang is one of the founders of @PandemicRespond. When COVID-19 spread to MN, Yang, a Rochester resident, brought the PPE nonprofit supply channel to donate to southeast Minnesota frontline workers.
“I asked my friend and neighbor, Dana Faber, to make me a few scrub caps for me and my nurses to wear while working in an ICU with COVID-19 patients. ... Dana answered the call and made around 50 and counting for my nurses to protect our heads."
