Da'seanna Destiny Williams, 26, who was convicted of beating and shooting an elderly woman for her rent money in 2021 in Minneapolis, is now a WANTED fugitive.

Patrick William Mincey, 43, was sentenced to 60 months in prison Tuesday for felon in possession of a firearm (which is 40 months in Magical #MNmath time, probably less once unelected Schnell at @MinnCorrections waves his magic wand).
Mincey shot and killed Hells Angel Kenneth "Tito" Rodriguez at #NEMPLS Spring Street Tavern late last year after Rodriguez pulled a knife on Mincey inside the bar. Prosecutors said they couldn't prove beyond a reasonable doubt that the shooting wasn't self-defense, so Mincey was not charged with murder, but, as a felon, he is prohibited from possessing firearms.
NEW: Patrick William Mincey, 43, is back in custody on felony warrant.
Mincey was charged with felon in possession of a firearm late last year following the shooting death of Hells Angel Kenneth "Tito" Rodriguez at #NEMPLS Spring Street Tavern (who pulled a knife on Mincey, per video).
Records indicate Mincey entered into a plea agreement today and is being held for transport and will be sentenced to 5 years in prison.

Nyla Tomeka Murrell-French, 09/01/1999, was convicted in 2019 on 1st degree assault and sentenced to 7 years in prison for stabbing a 17-year-old rival in the neck at a St. Paul gas station.
#MNmath: 7 years = 4.6 years, which would have meant release in Oct. 2023.
However, records recently obtained by Crime Watch from the DOC show Murrell-French was offered early release from custody in Dec. 2022 on some type of work release program after serving only 3 years and 8 months in prison.
NEW records show that Murrell-French was arrested and reincarcerated at Shakopee prison this week to presumably serve the remainder of her #MNmath sentence with a release date indicated of Oct. 2023.
Online records offer no information on what led to her reincarceration.
Notable: Even though Murrell-French accepted a plea deal in 2019 on the 1st degree assault charge, she attempted to appeal her prison sentence which was de-nied in 2020 by the appellate courts.
Also notable: MNDFL in #MNLEG this year passed a bill to reduce sentences even further for some inmates to just half the pronounced sentence (down from two-thirds). So we have even more magical #MNmath to look forward to.
Teven Earl Cosey was convicted last month on the charge of felon in possession of a firearm. The charges of attempted murder in a separate case were dismissed at sentencing in the gun case๐.
Cosey was sentenced to 5 years in the gun possession case.
