Cow Cow: The Master Plan
What are we working on? Revealing the grand strategy.
Our master plan is both complex and well-thought-out. Everything has been meticulously developed and planned, and our current position is not accidental.
The grand vision is straightforward: NFTs represent the community. We believe the NFTs are the soulful aspect of crypto that allows the building of a genuine community.
Therefore, our mission is to establish the first-ever COMMUNITY-owned brand (IP) in history. But to enable community ownership, a completely decentralized ecosystem is required.
Step by step, piece by piece, we are building it. Starting with Cow Cow and the community, we then incorporate the necessary elements.
· A utility token at its heart: $MOOVE
· An aligned incentive model: Fair-launch, to be further extended
· A secondary collection to expand visibility and awareness and be used as reference in the Minimum Viable Product (MPV): Smoofs
· A product to drive natural demand for the token: Moove Protocol
· Governance mechanism: Decentralized voting for the ecosystem
This thread is intended to elucidate the master plan. Be patient, try to understand, don’t hesitate to ask questions. We are in this together.
The new Meta - Community First
The concept of decentralization is evolving and new ideas emerge. Our conviction is simple: the community is at the core of every blockchain project and more important than anything else.
That’s why we are putting the community first. Our approach to building and launching both the token and the product takes a unique path, intentionally reversed from the default model.
Community -> Token Fairly Distributed -> Product -> Decentralized Ecosystem
Why do we refer to it as The New Meta? It's because we firmly believe this approach represents the future trend for launching any Web3 startup. By placing community at the forefront, we are not just following trends; we are setting them.
Back to origins. It all started with Cow Cow, a project with the value proposition built around community. We started by building the community that later will own the IP (Intellectual Property of the brand).
First chapters in our story draw the initial directions. And then, the deploy.
Incentivization model - The token deploy
Enabling a community owned IP is only possible through building an incentivization model - a way to get holders rewarded for contributing and building on top of the brand. Through an utility token, placed at the middle of the ecosystem.
The Moove Token to be used for interacting with the brand and with the products.
Moove Token will be bridging brand and product interaction. It is designed to integrate with the entire ecosystem, forming the backbone of our community-driven vision
Deployed as a Fair Launch: A commitment to fairness and equality. As opposite to conventional practices, there are no pre-sold tokens, no tokens in the treasury and none for the team. Instead, every token is distributed equitably to those who matter most — the NFT holders who have staked their claim in our project.
The current token distribution model extends until August 2024, fostering a stable and balanced ecosystem. Beyond this initial phase, our journey enters a new chapter of incentivization. The community-driven evolution of the Moove ecosystem will continue, creating avenues for further engagement, rewards, and collaborative growth.
Creating natural demand - $MOOVE Utility
How to create natural demand on a token distributed through NFTs staking? Through clear mechanics that resonate across diverse ecosystem elements, positioning us as innovators.
1. Upgrade Phase: A Dynamic DeFi Element
· Objective: Stimulate Demand & Supply Dynamics
· Mechanism: Users earn more tokens, fostering a self-sustaining cycle.
2. Smoofs Mint: Expanding Visibility and Earning Methods
· Objective: Boost Awareness with a New Collection
· Mechanism: Introduce a fresh collection, offering alternative pathways for token acquisition.
3. Product Integration: Meeting Market Needs
· Objective: Streamline Token Collection
· Mechanism: Automated token accumulation through the creation of animated content for NFTs, addressing a market demand.
In essence, these utilities work combined, putting us to the forefront of innovation while organically generating demand for our token.
4. Other utilities
Beyond the core functionalities, $MOOVE serves as the key to a variety of ecosystem utilities:
a. Merchandise Drops and Apparel Store:
· Function: Facilitates purchases and interactions.
· Permanence: Essential for ongoing engagement with Cow Cow, Smoofs, and future products.
b. Ecosystem Products:
· Range: Includes raffles, staking, whitelisting, farming, merch store, factory, and dressing room.
· Integration: All products are white-labeled, multi-chain integrated, and accessible to other projects via a $MOOVE subscription.
First Phase: The Upgrade - Gala ✅
Already done with 8850 cows upgraded and around 4.5M Tokens harvested
Second Phase: The Expansion - Smoofs
To complete the ecosystem, we’re deploying a new collection on another chain. This strategic move is designed to achieve 3 key objectives: exposure and awareness, multichain groth, and secondary IP and mainstream access.
As these charming Smoofs laugh, dance, and vibe, they contribute not just to our expanding collection but also form an integral part of a broader strategy. They are designed not just to entertain but to play a pivotal role in our product MVP — the animation-building Moove Protocol.
Furthermore, the little superstars are very important elements of the grand scheme. Placing a secondary IP in the ecosystem allows us to address a different topic, entertainment, and to tap into the mainstream market.
You will find out more about it once the roadmap unfolds meaning the next topic on Smoofs.
Third Phase: The Product - Moove Protocol
Get ready for a content creation revolution with the Moove Protocol—an AI-driven video content generation tool that breathes life into NFTs. That makes them MOOVE.
The Moove Protocol is a B2C product set to launch with dynamic collections, starting with Smoofs and expanding to include Cow Cow and collections from other chains. The innovation will progress from 2D animations to 3D, integrating advanced features like motion capture and generative AI for personalized content.
In aligning with market trends, the Moove Protocol strategically focuses on the trending video/animated content market. It takes advantage of the exponential growth in the NFT market, where heightened interest translates to increased demand for unique and engaging content.
How does it work? Users interact with the Moove Protocol using $MOOVE tokens, choosing from various collections like Smoofs. The result? NFTs come alive with evolving animations, transforming content creation as you know it.
To use the platform and animate your NFT, you need to pay with $MOOVE.
@wecowcow and @thesmoofs holders enjoy free access. MVP development is underway, starting with 2D templates and expanding to 3D and motion capture.
Launching an MVP for Smoofs within a month, we aim to extend access to 10-15 collections by Q1's end. Owners, numbering 15,000, will require $MOOVE for NFT animation.
As one more global vision, picture this video content minted as NFTs for monetization and IP development. More details coming soon.
The first ones to close the loop
Our automated protocol, tailored for NFT holders, is not just a product—it's a mechanism driving natural demand for $MOOVE. To utilize this innovative platform, holders will spend $MOOVE, creating a closed loop within our ecosystem.
Tokens, initially fairly distributed among our community, now find tangible utility as they become a prerequisite for platform use. Who owns these essential tokens? The answer echoes—our community.
What are we doing with the tokens that are spent within the product? The spent tokens find their way back to the community, flowing into the treasury and then redistributed to Cow Cow NFT holders.
This automated collection not only ensures sustainability but transforms distributed tokens into a vital force driving our community-centric ecosystem.
This is what we are calling a community-first concept.
Furthermore, the automation of the collection of tokens allows us to create an aligned incentive model. Cow Cow NFT holders play a pivotal role. They can actively contribute to brand, product, or ecosystem development and earn a share of tokens from the treasury. As the treasury grows, automated staking distribution becomes a possibility.
This aligned incentive model will not be dictated but shaped by the community. Through voting by NFT and $MOOVE holders, it will become a collaborative effort. The implementation of governance will be done by the end of the initial Moove distribution, ensuring a truly community-driven evolution.
Cow Cow: The Centre - The OG
But still, what does this mean for Cow Cow?
To highlight the significance for Cow Cow holders: You are the initial architects, producing the token central to our ecosystem. A thriving product meets a genuine market need, completing the ecosystem.
Cow Cow remains our OG brand, forever central. Early holders are our ultimate beneficiaries. Active participation and contribution are continually incentivized, propelling us toward becoming a household brand. We'll onboard artists, celebrities, secure media presence, and collaborate with other web3 and IRL brands—some as surprises, as we've done before.
The aligned incentive model's implementation will be a collective decision through governance voting, ensuring tokens flow strategically to Cow Cow and Smoofs NFT holders: be it through staking, participation, or brand-building. A shared journey we shape together.
Moove Protocol Ecosystem: The future
Once the entire plan unfolds, our token takes on two vital roles: serving product utility and fueling NFT projects. This dual utility positions our token for higher demand and greater potential compared to others.
With closing the loop through the protocol and implementing a decentralized governance we are becoming an ecosystem.
· With the NFT Skins product, we will be able to onboard brands from web2 and launch them in the NFT world => Pay in $MOOVE for this product.
· With Smoofs, we will also prove our incubation skills, allowing us to enable and advance on this vertical =. Hold $MOOVE to be able to mint.
· You’ve also seen the latest direction with artists and we are working on a product on that side too => Firstly MVP, then product usage in $MOOVE.
· Furthermore, all these things will get us in the mainstream marketing and enable our brand expansion in real life => Household IP
How we will succeed
Our success story relies on collective contribution. We need to continue contributing together to this.
For this, we’re enabling more active participation through bounties and opening new team roles. Check discord for the first ones.
Our existing engagement modules already reward active contributors, and soon they'll evolve into a B2B framework, enabling contributors to earn diverse assets and more.
We are the most active community in web3. We are at the forefront of innovation. And we are the first ones that will close the ecosystem loop.
History being made. Together. Cow together, moove together.
