DiCicco responds by saying "you should've had me or Jeff do it." Proctor responded by saying "she would have made it accidental or natural causes." In other words, Proctor, 1) told the medical examiner that John was hit by a car prior to her examining the body, and 2) he believed that the ME would've ruled John's death to be accidental or from natural causes if he hadn't spoken to her first.
