In essence, #RAVT will merge business and raise no funding; #MTIL will go for mix of rights and debt; #SMTM will go for a sponsors loan. Interestingly all three will be interesting sectors: steel, logistics and retail of home appliances. @pakstockexgltd #psx

#MTIL plans to raise Rs 1.2bn in equity and Rs 2.5bn in debt financing.

Another story is #MTIL. It is being acquired by Danish Elahi. Today they have announced the management has been taken over and the CFO and Company Secretary have been changed. In their earlier business plan, they plan to make it into a warehousing & logistics business.
