“Before, we had no activities to keep us engaged. But thanks to RACIDA and @Concern, we were registered as a Mother-to-Mother Support Group #MtMSG trained in Village Savings and Loan Associations – #VSLA and provided with the necessary kits. In just two months, we have saved Ksh 15,000 which we plan to save more and invest in farming, which was introduced to us as an alternative source of livelihoods to improve our livelihoods.” ~ Rahma Wardere of Bismillah Group, Neboi, Mandera. RACIDA in partnership with Concern Worldwide, is supporting 15 groups (366 members) through #HanaanoProject, funded by Irish Aid.

“We benefit a lot from the garden, since it started we have been able to harvest twice and most of the vegetables we use them at home. This garden has given us an opportunity to have a variety of vegetables for consumption". Achol Mou Madut, #MtMSG Lead Mother. @acfhearo
