Gen Z values corporate culture, and many of them are focused on gig based work. They'll have 20 - 25 career changes in their lifetime. This, along with different preferences of other generations creates complexity in our workplaces. ~ @SHRM_CKO #MTSHRM

We don't have a "millennial problem" or "Gen Z problem." We have a customization problem. There are 5 generations in the workforce now, so we have to customize what we do based upon what different preferences are. That's what makes our (HR's) job hard. ~ @SHRM_CKO #MTSHRM

By the year 2025, 25%of the workforce will come from Africa. Today, it's about 8%. Population growth is shifting to undeveloped/developing nations. We need to think more about how we source talent, outsource work, and change the way we think about work. ~ @SHRM_CKO #MTSHRM
