Invictus Games source tells me they are currently trying to clarify the situation with their Ugandan partners, but that right now, no formal notification to withdraw from next year's games has been lodged.
The guy is a relative of the President. He wasn’t in the team that organised IG Uganda.
His other pronouncements are clearly unhinged.

This is a single source story from a guy who was not in the Invictus delegation, which in any case is focused on VETERANS not active soldiers.
