- Time Zone: To aid in scheduling and organization.
- Email: For the purpose of confirming information.
- Wallet Address: To verify the correct address for receiving POB regularly.
- Discord ID & Telegram Handle: For identity verification purposes.
- Country: For reference.
2) Acceptance Confirmation:
Upon submission, you will receive an confirmation letter from MVCDAO. Please return the signed letter to officially become a DAO contributor of MVCDAO.
3) Post-Acceptance Arrangements:
3A) - All-in-One System Integration:
Department Heads and Jackieweb3 will be invited to join the SINOHOPE system setup.
- Payment Co-Signing:
All department head will serve as the payment initiator and responsible for your department, requiring co-signature from Jackieweb3 and Jason. Please ensure all payment requests need supporting information and compliance with MIP-39.
- Internal Auditor:
Committee members are expected to act as internal auditors, ensuring integrity in all processes.
3B) Liquidity Discussion Group:
Committee member please kindly may you join the communication group with liquidity service provider. Weekly and monthly liquidity reports will be shared by @kellietamweb3 or @kenluweb3 to you.
3C) Payroll and Expenditure Reports:
Monthly reports will be prepared by Jackieweb3 and directly messaged to each committee member for review.
3D) Re-Entry Acknowledgement:
To all member, please ensure all returning members complete the re-entry acknowledgement form, to be verified by Kellie for completion.
3E) Facilitating Community Communication:
@kellietamweb3 & @kenluweb3 will bridge communication between the committee and the community, forwarding requests and notifications as necessary.
3F) Notice on MIP Proposal Submissions After Department Formation:
With the establishment of the functional department, the process for posting MIP proposals has been updated. Moving forward, MVC community members are encouraged to submit proposals in accordance with the updated Guidelines at https://t.co/jEg8dFaTND
Apart from the Department Head, the submissions of proposals by members, including builder program projects, will be evaluated by the Committee to assess their feasibility and completeness according to the gudeline above. The Secretary member will facilitate efficient communication by directing community proposals to the appropriate committee group.
Short note, going forward, the MIP proposal framework will be reserved for proposals of 1) significant importance, 2) sensitivity, 3) election, or 4) builder program project.
