Here's what I ate on my 2nd day of my little getaway. Hotel breakfasts aren't the best so I packed my own lemon danish (made mostly from eggs) and ate that with some sausage and a fatty latte. I used the coffee from the hotel and used my frother to blend in egg yolks and ghee.  The fatty breakfast kept me full through a whole day of shopping and about half the drive back home. I ended the day with beef jerky and a tin of kipper snacks. I washed it down with a zero sugar Clearly Canadian. I didn't know they even had a zero sugar option and was even more surprised to discover it was sweetened with stevia.
