9489. #MajorDad "On the Line" - The home life aspect (Gunny aside) of this show is, to me, clearly more interesting but either the producers or the network or both think otherwise as most eps focus a lot on the work side & fill it w/sub Lucy hijinks. (C+)

9453. #MajorDad "Steel Magnolia" - Vicki Lawrence is the guest & weirdly doesn't get a "wooo!" reaction from the audience. Guess this isn't that kinda show. Like most eps of this show, a big pile of meh. (C)
9411. #MajorDad "General Unrest" - Oh look, it's an episode about how the character (the general) I already found annoying is extra annoying as a house guest and in every scene! (C-)
9276. #MajorDad "Lady in Waiting" - So the main thing that kept this show from being great all came down to one character: the General, he just wasn't funny, but he was the driver of a good half of the plots (and every ep HAS to have a B plot, for some reason). (C+)
9242. #MajorDad "Educating Casey" - Though Gunny is the best character, the military base side of this show is the weaker half. The eps that focus on the Major having to deal with kids are stronger & that's more or less all this one is. Solid. (B)

9096. #MajorDad "Polly's Pen Pal" - This is an old fashioned show, like it doesn't feel like it exists in 1991. There's plots in this about pen pals & "Women's Lunches" and it just feels like it's 20 years earlier. But I suppose that fits w/the military setting. Cute ep. (B-)
