Sadly the only thing #ManagerJuan should be managing is his anger & not a @BurgerKing or any job requiring problem solving skills or customer service. As he told me “it doesn’t matter who you tell, they aren’t going to do anything about it. I’m not helping you.” 🤔 #BurgerKing

Hi @BurgerKing it’s me again, meet #ManagerJuan who after telling me he dislikes @TMobile continued 2 tell me that there is nothing he can do & refuses to help. @JohnLegere I’m really sad to see their lack of customer service. Clearly they need you. So much for “have it your way”
