Well I sure hope so because we just won the first Anti-slapp act 72 that you signed July 17, 2024. @nikthehat @DogBountyHunter @HongAtNight @americanlaw411 @k9_cpt @AllegedlyB87 @ChristinaO5285 Seth Rogers (missing child father) and others FRIVOLOUSLY sued me and @Granny_Watching claiming CRIMINAL RICO and 47 counts against us - NEVER EVER showing proof of ANYTHING. Weaponizing the courts to silence our freedom of speech forcing us to each come up with $100,000+. EACH!!!!!!! Two single mothers who never knew each other. Spreading awareness and our opinions regarding a matter of public concern - they tried to SILENCE us. SILENCE the awareness regarding a missing boy, Sebastian Rogers. Why would ANYONE want to stop awareness for a MISSING CHILD????!!! The Superior Court AFFIRMED the lower courts ruling which granted us immunity, granted our attorney fees and court costs AND left punitive damages for determination at the damages hearing to be scheduled by Judge Kelly Eckel in Delaware County. The record will be transmitted in 17 days. Thank you to the @BallardSpahrLLP @aclupa @PNAnews and all the other Free Speech Organizations who submitted an Amicus Brief in support of our Anti-Slapp filing. We won. We prevailed. And all of these people NEED to be held responsible and PUNISHED with punitive damages.
