Margays are small wild cats live in the rainforests of Central and South America. Smaller than their relative the Ocelot, #Margays are excellent climbers, capable of hunting birds and monkeys through the treetops of the forest! #Caturday 🐆 🌳

In this #60SecondScience video, Dr. Bart Harmsen talks about his team's long-term study on #margays in #Belize. Their work helps us understand the behavior of these #smallcats, including presenting some of the first-ever data on wild margay longevity. https://t.co/E2PkJflPWG

#Margays are built for the trees! They spend most of their life among the branches, hunting birds and monkeys through the treetops. #Caturday

Visited the animal rehabilitation center today where amazing work is done rescuing injured animals, rehabbing them and then releasing them back into the wild. The sloths were my favorite! #jaguarrescuecenter #sloths #capuchins #margays #collaredpeccary #puertoviejo #costarica
