😡 WORST NIGHT EVER @SpringHillSuite @Marriott @MarriottBonvoy checked into a Houston property and discovered the bed was soaked in urine, after I got in it! DM’d a couple times asking for a conversation and was told they’d get back to me. Can anybody top that? #marriottfail

I've been a @MarriottRewards for over a decade & have always been pleased with their customer service- until now. I've made 2 calls to the member rewards center today to modify a reservation & have had horrible experiences with not 1 but 2 associates. #marriottfail @Marriott

@FlyerTalkerinA2 @MarriottRewards Didn't share any embargoed info with me, so I can tell it like it is. The 33% earnings reduction on the SPG AMEX is a deal killer. #MarriottFail Very surprised that @AskAMEX didn't negotiate to retain the old earnings rate. Everyday spending is going to vanish.
