🎁 Here's a demo application I developed to try @MariaDB features. An online store simulator with: ➡️ #JavaScript frontend with @Svelte ➡️ @Java backend with @SpringBoot (@R2DBC, #JDBC, @Liquibase) ➡️ #MariaDB 3-node database cluster with #MaxScale This demo shows high availability through the automatic failover and transaction replay features in MaxScale. The source code is available on GitHub. 🆕 Here I'm using the new @MariaDB Shell CLI to connect to a #MariaDB Enterprise server through #MaxScale which happens to also handle database inserts from #MongoDB clients. 🤯 Then, I'm using JSON functions to mix #NoSQL and #SQL data in a single query. 😬 The best part... #ChatGPT created the SQL query for me.
