What you want when CO2 levels get to risky levels is ventilation- like an exhaust fan. But you probably don't want it running all the time or your heating/cooling bill will be sky high. Or you want air filters or even GUV to turn on- but again, not all the time or you'll see it on the electric bill. What this box does is turn on the power to those things only when CO2- and so risk, is high, and turn it off when CO2 falls again. You can set on the device what that threshold is.
