Today's #MediaArchiveFind : In 1942-'43, as a follow-up to his best-selling "Berlin Diary," William L. Shirer proposed a book titled "The Fifth Horseman" to Knopf. In it, he'd discuss "murder camps and death trains" and "the planned extermination of the Jews" by the Nazis. (1/2)

Today's #MediaArchiveFind : NBC's pre-scripted Obituary for Adolf Hitler, dated February 5, 1934 [updated in June, 1935]. "The world unites in sympathy for Germany in the loss of her leader." (p.1 - it's 3 pages long). This is from the NBC Collection, Library of Congress. (1/2)

My #MediaArchiveFind isn’t remotely significant. But I often wonder what Werewolf Bookshop was like, and what was said to elicit this response from Wayne Coy.
