Pens, pencils, markers - all can be used to create our special patterns. 🔆 I like art supplies so much that at one point in my life, I wanted to own an art shop, so I could be surrounded by this beauty, all day long!😃🙌 #meditativedrawing #art

Mediative Drawing does NOT take time.🔆 You can sit for 5 or 60 minutes :) it's up to you. • The empty circles took me about 40 minutes. • 15 minutes to color. I did it in one sitting, to relax and focus. 🙏 @ImChrisEdmonds #meditativedrawing #art
