What is a case file? When the #Ethics Commissioner’s Office receives info about a possible breach of the #COIAct or #MembersCode from regulatees, media or the public, a case file may be opened. Info is reviewed. Sometimes it leads to an investigation. 1/2
As of July 31/22, 99% of MPs had finished their initial compliance under the #MembersCode.
