@neha_laldas Make it a point to NEVER HIRE BHIMTAS ON YOUR ORG in Positions THAT MATTER. Merit is the only criteria and BHIMTAS don't have a microscopic iota of that. On top of that, they have a poor attitude towards work SAVE YOUR COMPANY. BE FAIR to your colleagues. BHIMTAS are leeches

@talk2anuradha Kudos to you for raising voice against reservation in India. I have seen reservation eating up opportunities of deserving candidates at every step in medical field. I myself had to settle for so much less. I hope India is free of reservation someday. #meritday
