On April 22nd, the officially registered Earth Day event "EARTH IS TALKING.... BUT ARE WE LISTENING?" was held.
Various people across borders and platforms participated using avatars and were able to share meaningful time on the Metaverse.
This project was founded by @metacoachvr1 from the United States and @CirrusXr from Ireland, who have been actively working on @MetaHorizon and @Spatial_io, respectively, and have seriously thought about the environment and education.
This was a collaboration that was born out of a kindred spirit, thinking, 'Maybe we can send out a message that goes beyond a traditional lecture or documentary.‘
A multinational team was formed, spending time in the Metaverse, sharing ideas, and moving forward with ideas.
Drawing from their real-world experiences, Meta Coach and CirrusXR had already developed content and worldviews within the Metaverse, setting a high standard from the outset.
The starting point was Visit Japan Community House (Iori), and a portal was set up before the start time.
Avatars visited one after another and headed to the main venue, TALKS WITH COACH.

The speaker, Meta Coach, is a certified life coach pioneering behavioral guidance programs in Horizon Worlds, advocating early for education and coaching in VR technology.
He highly values the visuals and functionalities offered by Spatial, and we have been discussing the launch of his first talk show on Spatial for over half a year.
Thanks to assembling a wonderful team, he commenced Earth Day with a passionate speech.
People arrived one after another, and through the screen, I could see their attentive listening. Not only Spatians, but also individuals from Horizon Worlds joined in.
After the thought-provoking speech, the participants were directed to CirrusXR's space.

Once, there were people who desperately sounded the alarm about the consequences of continuing to pollute the Earth, but unfortunately, their voices went unheeded. As a result, the Earth has turned into a dystopia.
The tour begins in a world that is the exact opposite of the oasis mentioned earlier, and as you pass through the phone booth, the cries of children's pain are automatically played.
Since the audio was played in each user's environment, everyone was silent as they ran around the earth, which had become a wasteland.
Shocked, we returned to the beautiful venue where we started, and this time, a participatory discussion began.
Linda Hollier, the artist and also a member of organizing team, delivered a talk on the message conveyed in her artwork "Transformation." We are delighted that the significant concept of "artworks speaking" was also integrated into the event.
By the way, Maro Dori® artwork by a next-generation artist @marodori_japan was on display at the entrance point.The theme of Maro Dori® is actually "harmony with nature".
After the talk show, participants enjoyed a social hangout at Meta Coach's luxurious pool.
There may be limits to what a single citizen can do, but I think it was great to be able to prove that we can create movement by combining technology, ideas, and speech.
Finally, I would like to express my gratitude to @Lisbet_Spatial , who also organized the event and designed Meta Coach's avatar costume and facilitated the entire event.
Furthermore, Visit Japan Metaverse producer @Kojima_Kyoto screen-shared at Community House An until the end of the event. It seems that some people had temporary problems, perhaps because it coincided with a Chrome update, but thanks to screen sharing, we were able to keep the events connected.
We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to @ibe_support for the camera work and for detailed support.
We aim to continue utilizing technology and innovative ideas to create a metaverse space that is inclusive, open, and welcoming to a diverse range of people.
