💠Loss of ~₹40 Mn billing due to acquisition (transition phase over now; expect ₹30–40 Mn services billing from Imperva/Thales in H2)
💠Expects H2 margins to be similar to or better than H1
💠Services margin is significantly higher than product / subscription
👉Order book / projects and pipeline:
▫️Current order book : ~510 cr+ (executable largely over next 2–3 years (~70–80% in next 2 years)
💠Bank contributes ~50% of the order book (multiple solutions, 6-year contracts of which 3 years remain)
💠Wants to bring this down to 30–40% share by adding other clients (not by reducing bank business)
💠70/30 split between product/subscription (recurring) vs services.
💠Post-IPO addition: ₹70–80 Cr already added (after consuming ~₹120 Cr billing in H1)
💠Automatic renewal clauses + 8–10% annual escalation typical
💠Only ~5% of revenue is one-time implementation.
▫️Pipeline : New large 6-year contract with bank under discussion
💠Expanding to 6 vendors this year (from predominantly 2 earlier) and another 4 next year → 10-vendor platform by FY27
💠Geographic expansion (Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Bangalore already operational, Delhi next year) + international services business starting FY27 will drive new large deals

💠New leadership: Ambrish Deshpande (ex-Netskope, Cisco, McAfee) joined; retired senior Bank technical head (35 yrs exp) also joined; 1–2 more senior hires expected in next 6 months
▫️Claims high stickiness — once Meta implements, clients almost never switch (quality + depth of technical team)
💠Also management in its own words views itself as the only true cybersecurity pure-play in India (others are system integrators with menu-card approach)
