The workers are protesting the lack of wage increases in line with inflation and the extremely difficult working conditions. The coordinated strike includes various groups such as molders, wheelbarrow operators, and kiln #workers. The striking workers are demanding a 30% wage increase and improvements in their working and living conditions.
