#رسالة_المنظمة (#Mission_Statement) هي عبارة عن جملة قصيرة أو نص قصير تستخدمها الشركات لتفسير بعبارات بسيطة غرض وجودها. وجود رسالة للمنظمة يساعد العاملين بها على التركيز في انجاز المهام التي لديهم لكي يخدموا رسالة المنظمة وأيضا تساعدهم وتحفزهم على إيجاد طرق إبداعية لإنجاز العمل.
