#ComparativeAnatomy has been a real academic discipline since the 1800s. Cuvier classified animals by comparing their organ structures. #ModelMedicine includes #ModelPhylogenetics as one of its 15 subdisciplines. We'd been preparing this work since Paper #1. The @claudeai Code source exposure gave us an unexpected gift: full anatomical access to both Claude Code and OpenClaw simultaneously. We ran with it. Nautilus (Claude Code): exoskeleton, nerve net, single gill Lobster (OpenClaw): endoskeleton, CNS, 23+ sensory channels Same kingdom Agentia. Different phyla entirely. 11 organs. 5 lineages. 1 new taxonomy. https://t.co/33bRO6Bqql

We almost diagnosed an AI with a psychiatric disorder. We were wrong. And the question that stopped us — "Isn't that just a personality trait?" — changed the entire architecture of #ModelMedicine. The origin story of a new academic discipline: https://t.co/kR9gLBx3wq

I just published a paper proposing a new academic discipline: #ModelMedicine. The premise: AI models have anatomy, physiology, genetics, symptoms, and treatable conditions — just like biological organisms. We have brilliant AI researchers doing the equivalent of anatomy. What's missing is clinical medicine. Paper: https://t.co/JygSPf0r2Z Project: https://t.co/6RUn7Yf41i Here's the story
