Alright. I had another day of sardines. They don’t look the most appetizing but gonna be honest, this has been pretty satisfying. I’m surprised to find out how different sardines taste from brand to brand. #Carnivore #carnivorediet #keto #ketodiet #modifiedfast #sardines

I fasted yesterday & planned on 72 hours w/ some friends but I just wasn’t feeling it this time around. I broke my fast this morning at 38 hours but decided to stick to sardines & kippers until the 72 hours is over. #Carnivore #carnivore #fasting #modifiedfast #sardines #keto
