And still no confidence can be given on dates.

Thanks for sharing @BarbourNews if mastclimbers can help spare some leaseholders/residents the hideous disruption of scaffolding and #Monarflex would be a huge win. Our project delayed another 4 months (after 6 month delay), to remove scaffolding 😩😩😩@BFTMastclimbing

Hell no.
The scaffolding is an invitation to anyone to scale an 18 story building & attempt to break in.
The netting means at least now we can see them. During #Monarflex they were hidden, protected.
