That feeling you get as you slide into bed, after a good #MondaysOff with a fun edition of #MondayRitual, only to remember that load of laundry that is waiting done in the dryer & the second that is ready for the dryer, but both are down in the basement.
I guess the upside to being close passed by a school bus is that it wasn’t full of children being shown a bad example.

One of my favorite things about my @StateBicycleCo FU Klunker is seeing people’s reactions to it when they spot it parked.
Usually the reaction is surprise followed by laughter and occasionally a few disappointed head shakes.

The first #MondaysOff hammock session of 2026 is a ridiculously windy one so it’s also gonna be a short one.
Oddly exciting #MondaysOff experience. Still recovering but the leg has way more flexible. Hoped on the recumbent trainer for a little experimental spin.
Started looking at stuff on my phone & not paying attention. 30 minutes later I realize I’ve spun 12 miles.

A little #MondaysOff klunker ride & hammock hang action today before #MondayRitual with a special appearance by my father.
#MondaysOff Between sleeping in, coffee, brunch, grocery hike, lunch with book reading & vid watch’n mixed in didn’t make it to the #hammocktime spot early enough to bother with unpacking the hammock.
Ya know. Some ground sitting podcasts listen good times.
As I’m cleaning crud off my socks after walking through the living room at 10PM I realize that just 12 hours ago one of the plans of the #MondaysOff was to vacuum.

Went for a #MondaysOff walk which, 4 miles later, put me at the @HiDiveLounge for a drink and a bite to eat. I caught myself looking out the window at the tree out front where I typically hang my bike wondering where my bike is.

Was being lazy and unmotivated but then dad called to say he was gonna swing by and pick up a thing that we have talked about. Suddenly I’m off the couch, dressed, picking up my place… Hello motivation!
