I will never forget those days... I will never forget those nights, nor any hour that passed..I will never get over it, but I firmly believe that something will change. The details of that day they destroyed the shelter are still etched in my memory. I endured, accepted my fate, and rebuilt the shelter from the rubble. And then they destroyed it again, showing no regard for the cats inside..
I will never forget how I used to sneak into my house every three days to open a bag of dry food..
I will never forget how I had to draw a map to get home..
I will never forget how they fired tank shells from 50 meters away and how hundreds of shrapnel fragments rained down on me while I was feeding the cats..
I'll never forget how a quadcopter appeared directly overhead and I ran like a madman... This isn't cowardice at all, because one bullet from it could have ended my life..
And Mlmany, many, many more incidents occurred during the army's invasion of our neighborhood..
My dear friends, I care for the cats at the shelter with all my heart. I want to rebuild the shelter.
It has taken a long time, and donations are coming in slowly. Please help me move forward..
