David Gingras’ request for subpoena to Reddit was approved, however, that does NOT mean it can’t be fought. Pretty sure David thinks the Redditor is me. He refuses to see the truth of his client’s situation and clearly cannot be reasoned with. I will feel awful for the Redditor, who seems like a perfectly kind woman who came on my stream to discuss this situation. If it came down to it, records of our very few conversations would prove she is NOT me (obvious to those with a functional human brain) and that we did NOT plot together to prevent viewers from watching David’s videos. There were zero communications between us on any platform prior to the Redditor choosing to do the recaps of David’s videos on her own accord, for the purposes of DISCUSSION and free speech criticism. I maintain that David is an embarrassment to the American justice system and this is abusive and harassment. That is my opinion and I am allowed to express it.
