Coworker deadass took the girl I was talking to.
Not much to report after this one. Disappointing game. Flush it. #MoveOnToTheNext
Bracket play starts tomorrow. #ESPTrained @2hopperbaseball @coachglover73

Trailed 3-0 and 5-2; cut the lead to 1 twice. Just couldn’t overcome a big 7th by the opposition.
@WagnerViebrock with a good day at the dish.
Flush it & #MoveOnToTheNext

Guys competed but just couldn’t string enough hits together to get back in the game after falling behind early.
Flush it. Short memory. #MoveOnToTheNext

To my @ESPAmerican2025 and @ESP2026_2027 pitchers, read this. It’s why I’ve reiterated pitching is hard. You need a clear head each and every pitch to execute on your job: the pitch.

Pitchers:
You’ve chosen to play the most mentally demanding position on the field. Not only do you have to deal with your own mistakes, failures and errors (and be able to move on within seconds), you have to manage your emotions after your teammates errors, umpires missed calls, the weather, poor pitching mound conditions and even sometimes pitching to a catcher who is struggling receiving the ball.
It’s all part of the gig. You’ll never be able to get away from these things. Your weakness is complaining and blaming these things for your performance while your strength can be how you handle all of it with grace allowing you to be present in the moment and competitive with each pitch.
No one is saying this is easy but understanding what comes with it will help you to better evaluate and prepare for your next opportunity.
Truth. I’ve long said baseball is a game built on failure. R u gaining physical strength to make it thru a spring/summer seasons? R u practicing like it’s a game situation? R u mentally prepared to #MoveOnToTheNext? @ESP2026_2027 @ESPAmerican2025 #ESPTrained
Baseball can be psychologically defeating one day, then the next day it can make you feel unstoppable.
I hope today your love of the game and the work you put into it, makes you feel unstoppable.
@chicagosky @Reese10Angel @MagellanCorp AR put her team on her back 🫶💪!!! Keep winning, SKY!! #gofever #moveontothenext #itwasagreatgame
1) great outing @bode_bregar13!! 2) hope he doesn’t mind me saying this but to my #ESPTrained players: this is what #MoveOnToTheNext means!Rough first outing of the year, flushed it, & killed it next time out. This kid has always been a competitor. Many can learn from him. 👊🏻💪🏻
🚨WOLVES WIN🚨

No. 13 Kenston (OH) - 0

Wolves take down a defending Ohio state champ in Kenston High School.
Our second game of the day has been rescheduled to tomorrow night at 7pm.

This sounds familiar @ESPAmerican2025 & @ESP2026_2027!!! Reset. Try something new. Don’t get bogged down. #MoveOnToTheNext I know for a fact that @stevenowaczyk @CTurnquist_10 & Twitterless Trimarco teach this. Catchers … recognize this & make an adjustment. #ESPTrained
Pitching 101
When we lose feel for our fastball command, throw a different pitch. One of the most common mistakes young pitchers (and coaches who call pitches) make is when we are struggling to throw strikes with our FB, we keep throwing it “hoping” it will come back or thinking “if I can’t throw my FB for a strike, I won’t with my other pitches either.”
When we go to our other pitches, it does two things for us. First, it takes my focus away from the negative feelings surrounding my FB in that moment and gives us something else to focus on and second, by throwing another pitch type (maybe even a few in a row) it will more often than not reset our release point with our fastball.
Personally, I had a five ball rule with my FB. If I walked a batter with four straight fastballs and the first one to the next guy was a ball too, that was it. I was going to something else. For me it was a slider or a cutter but everyone is different. Establish your own go to/reset pitch for those moments your fastball decides to take a break! Throw a couple/few and then go back to the fastball.
Well said. @ESPAmerican2025 @ESP2026_2027, we talk about being able 2 #MoveOnToTheNext, but it starts with setting standards for yourself. Perfect is unrealistic. #ESPTrained
As an athlete, you need to have realistic expectations for your performance in games. Don’t be a perfectionist. By accepting that it’s impossible to be perfect, you’ll do a better job staying calm and moving on from mistakes.
As an athlete, don’t get too high after wins, or too low after losses. Remember that winning and losing are small steps along your athletic journey. Stay hungry, optimistic, and patient to continue on the path to improvement.
While ⚾️ is a game of failure, #BadDaysHappen in 🏈 🏀 ⚽️ 🏐 🏌️♂️ and all sports. Do u have the mental abilities to put the past in the past & #MoveOnToTheNext? The mental side of sports is a differentiator. Prepare for & overcome it.

HS Baseball Players
Bad days happen. It's part of the game. FAILURE is something ALL ball players must learn to handle OR the game will defeat you 💯
The greatest hitters in the sport fail 70% of the time. Be realistic w/ your goals.
KEEP working. Stay positive. Have FUN 🙌
Our @Cincy_Flames experience is a wrap. Fields were awesome & the games were competitive (we’ll forget about today).
It’s time to #MoveOnToTheNext w/ a short turnaround to our @PerfectGameIL 16U Futures wood bat tourney starting 6/28! Pitching plans TBA soon.

@That1GuyD_ To clarify, I sacrifice myself if one of my teammates gets immediately tunneled out & the game is over at that point. You can go to the ends of the Earth to try & save them but some killers intentionally play that way. Are they not a problem as well? #MoveOntoTheNext
@PSG_English @Argentina It is unbelievable how many chances Argentina got and how many they converted in relation to Saudi Arabia 😳😳😳 #FIFAWorldCup #footballiscrazy #Argentina #moveontothenext
